Cancellation terms

Free cancellation is available up to 6 weeks before arrival. That said, things can crop up during this time too. Simply call us or send an e-mail – we will definitely endeavour to let out your room to another guest/s. Guest satisfaction is a matter that is ear to our hearts, even when it comes to cancellations.
