Fine dining on holiday
Good, no, fantastic food, is part and parcel of a holiday. No calories are counted. You don’t need to. After all, the mountain air gives you an appetite. And no wonder; after an action-packed day outside you really do need some proper sustenance. The same applies to the start of your day. The many kilometres of pistes, summits, big and little adventures alike all need strength and energy.
So we start the morning at 7:30 with our abundantly stocked buffet breakfast. It provides practically everything your heart yearns for: fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, sausages, salmon and cheese, jams and honey from the local beekeeper, regional dairy produce and eggs, cereals, juices etc. The hotel landlord, Josef Eder, serves coffee, tea and hot chocolate with a cheery ‘Guten Morgen’.
When our guests come back to the hotel after an action-packed day, they can enjoy a refreshing beverage or relax in the wellness area.
Then by the time evening meal comes around, everyone is back together again. We offer our guests a 4-course menu with options to choose from, including a salad- and starters buffet, two mains and tempting desserts. Our themed evenings, such as our gala dinner, are very popular. And don’t worry – the dress code is cosy and casual, after all, you are on holiday here, not in the conference room.
